SHIPPING POLICY

All Origami Kits and folded lifestyle items are MADE TO ORDER.

Please allow 3-4 working days (unless specified) for items to be shipped out.

All items will be shipped from Singapore with tracking services (domestic shipping).

*If you are based in Singapore, you may choose for studio pick-up upon checkout

to get your items from us personally. Just drop us a message.

International Shipping is not available at the moment.

Please drop us a message for inquiries outside of Singapore.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to handmade nature of the items, actual pieces may slightly differ from pictures. All purchases are strictly NOT exchangeable NOR refundable due to made-to-order nature. Cancellation for International order is ONLY allowed within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, refunds will not be processed.

We will try our best to ensure that all items are well packed to avoid damages. However, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occur during delivery process. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
